Welcome to sunvalleyyouth.com! This website has been put together JUST for a special group of mostly very young people (at the time) whose lives came together -- just as God wanted them to -- in a tiny little church in Scottsdale, Arizona, in the 1970's and early 80's.

Many people came and went through this incredible youth group. Some visited for a short time, some stayed connected for a long time and others were plugged in for their entire Junior High through College years -- but EVERYONE was impacted and blessed by the grace of God.

Today, Sun Valley Baptist Church is no more (although the building still stands on that dead end of Granite Reef Rd.), and everyone has gone in many directions. We trust that this website will be a great reminder of those days where we learned how to love Jesus and how to love our neighbor as ourselves -- and in some cases built lifelong relationships.
